Radio Shack has already dropped the price on the Pro 96 & Pro 2096 digital scanners from $499.99-$379.99.

The Pro 106 just released in stores for $499.99 .
Comes with-
In the box: Pro-106, 2 battery holders (black for alkaline, yellow for rechargeable), Antenna, and a paper copy of the manual.
It's not anything I'm going to buy, I'll just keep my Pro 96.

It's not posted on Radio Shack's website yet. How I found out was I went to Radio Shack to buy a replacment clip for my 96 and I noticed the 106 on the shelf next to the 96 and 2096.
The 106 is a clone of the GRE 500.
