I have a Radioshack PRO-106 Digital Trunking handheld scanner. It was pre-programmed By someone at Radioshack. My problem is when scanning local police (city & county) I also get State police messages from nearby Interstates. While these are interesting they often walk all over local messages. How can I program my scanner so that when I listen to local frequencies they are all I get.
