Radio Shack cat # 20-164

I recently purchased a new radio shack police scanner catalog #20-164.

I am looking for software that I can use to add frellquency codes.

I am willing to pay for the software but I would prefier user friendly software becasuse I am new to this.

I would prefer to be able to download the software instead of snail mail.
